This episode came out of a week in Bacalar that humbled Emily in a way she didn’t expect. Emily went to visit a healer she's known for over a decade, and the moment she arrived, her body stopped. Hard.

What unfolded over the next five days became a lesson in slowing down, listening to her body, and remembering the rhythms we belong to — not the ones we perform for.
