I am Emily Greenway

The heart and soul behind Rise To Her and your go⎻to guide for transforming life’s chaos into clarity.

My journey started in a small town in upstate South Carolina, where traditions ran deep, and expectations were as heavy as the humid summer nights. Everyone knew your name, but more importantly, everyone had an idea of who you should be.

But I had a different vision.

I was determined to break free from the confines of that small town and carve out something bigger, something more meaningful. I was on a mission to make a difference, to stand out in a world that tried to keep me neatly labeled. In my rush to escape, I didn’t realize I was still carrying the weight of who I thought I should be as a high-achieving human. 

I was so focused on chasing success that I forgot to ask myself, “What do I truly want?"

Then the universe whispered to me: 

“You’re here to remind them they have a voice. To give a voice back to the those who feel silenced.” 

But amidst the noise of the world, that whisper got lost. I was checking all the boxes—career, relationships, the outward signs of success—but something was missing. My soul felt adrift. 

It took calling off a marriage, walking away from a toxic relationship, and twice rebuilding my business from the ground up to finally hear that whisper again. And when I did, it hit me like a bolt of lightning: Ambition without soul alignment is just production without purpose. 

Too many of us are out here giving everything we’ve got, only to end the day feeling empty. We look around at our “dream lives” and wonder why they don’t quite fit. That unease you feel? It’s your soul, gently nudging you towards a life that truly resonates with who you are.

So here's the truth I've come to live by:

When you align your ambition with your soul, you create a life that’s not just successful on the outside but deeply fulfilling on the inside. A life where every decision feels right, no matter what’s happening in the world around you.
