Right now I've experienced, I don't know about all of you guys, but in my community, inside of M three, with people that I am speaking to, things feel really heavy right now and. Maybe it's politically, maybe it's in the [00:02:00] relationships that they're in, but what I'm seeing from an energetic perspective is opportunity, because the veil is thinning, meaning people are being asked to get really clear on where they're giving their emotions, where they're giving their attention, where things are not right.
And for a lot of us that's making us feel really heavy, feel a lot of grief, feel a lot of emotions. And when it comes to healing and doing this work, I want you to know that being in this work doesn't mean always being in that highest version of self. Right? When we put that pressure on us. It makes us wanna quit, right?
That that version will always exist and yet we are human, right? [00:03:00] So when we are feeling the heaviness, the grief, the anger that is collectively being given to us, being mirrored back to us as a way to say yes, things are not right, and we feel the pressure to be a version that. Feel so happy, so regulated that does not accurately reflect what it means to be in your highest self.
That means honoring and witnessing what is asking to be witnessed. And so if it feels heavy right now, I encourage you to put it down. You don't have to be a version. That fakes it, that acts, that acts like everything is together because that is masking. That is not [00:04:00] realness. That is not rising, right? So when we rise, this is honoring the complexity of the human emotions.
This path of self-development is not linear. And so when it gets heavy. Put it down. So what does putting it down look like and how does that actually show up and translate into your real life? Well, one is gonna be reaching out to your community. Who do you have in your community, whether in person or online, that can hold space for you?
Inside of M three and my membership, we had a few people responding inside of our WhatsApp. Group really just needing space to be held for them. That in itself is a beautiful way to begin to let that energy go because when we try to hold it on our [00:05:00] own. That's just not what we are designed to do as human beings.
We're designed to be in community and in the states especially, there's this place where we're told to be this individual, to like have it all together. And if we don't have it all together, then we're not healed or we're not spiritual. But that is just bullshit. I'm gonna be honest. That is spiritual bypassing That is.
Ignoring your humanity. So who can you reach out to? Send me a DM on Instagram at Rise to her. Hang out with our community. Find people that feel good. Find people that can hold space for you. We are in a time now. Where you have access to so many different types of people, [00:06:00] different communities use that. I even had a client who is more introverted and she's really working on utilizing her voice to stand up for herself, to advocate for herself, and she was using chat GPT to have a conversation with.
To really get an understanding of what was going on within her so that then she could come to me and say, all right, de, this is what I figured out it's going on. Help me work through this. So use your resources. There's no right or wrong way to be in community as long as it's reciprocal, right? So quit trying to hold it by yourself.
Right everyone here we're leaders. We're soul driven. We want to see a better world that takes community and that takes you being willing to rely on other people. So [00:07:00] quit trying to hold a load that was never meant for you to hold alone. You deserve so much grace. So much care. So much love. And. Offering it to ourselves when our capacity is already completely full is a really hard thing to do.
You've done the mindset work. You've read the books, you've taken the courses and done the journaling. You've tried all the strategies to fix the burnout, the stress, the feeling that something is still off. Even though on paper you're successful. But here's the truth, you don't need another strategy. You don't need more discipline.
Another planner or another round of just push through it. What you need is integration, and that's where M three mindset, magic, and manifestation comes in. M three isn't just another membership. It was echoed back to me by one of the coaches and healers that I work with, um, Lulu Simmons. She's incredible and I was feeling really bad about something that happened and feeling really undeserving of grace and embarrassed. [00:10:00] And I said, I feel like I'm kind of tapping out how much grace you can offer me.
And she said, oh babe, we're just getting started. And that showed me honestly what I want to be able to hold for others. Knowing that there is nothing to forgive. There is nothing wrong that has done to us, and maybe you're not in. A space to accept that yet, and that's totally okay. But it just showed me that there are people, there are places that can mirror back that grace and that love.
And so I want you to find that as well. While things feel heavy, while things feel so overwhelming, put it down. Let others hold you and support you. And if you don't have a community or you're looking for one that. It's more [00:11:00] aligned with your energy and the life that you're wanting to create. Come hang out with us inside of M three.

So that's the first thing I want to offer you, is to find a community of people that can hold space for you when things feel overwhelming. And then two, I really wanna focus on this individualistic.
Aspect that I talked about earlier where the world, specifically the states, is so individualized where you feel like you have to be this particular version, ha have it all yourself, or something is wrong with you. And if something is not benefiting your life, I encourage you to let it go. What I mean by that is that there are so many truths that we're subscribing to.
And this rising to our highest self is [00:12:00] recognizing what is a lie to us. And if we are buying into this culture that says you need to be put together at all times to be on a healing journey or to be spiritual or to be a leader, again, it's bullshit and it's, and anyone that tells you that, they feel high vibe all the time.
They're lying to you because we will shift in and out of every experience. And from a neurobiology standpoint, our brain wants and requires us to shift in and out of this through chemicals. So when we have a very exciting experience, it drops the happy chemicals to bring us back to neutral. That's why we kind of feel like a post vacation, low or blue.
Vice versa. And so it's okay to not want [00:13:00] to hear high vibe, good vibe, spiritual all the time when things feel heavy. Something that I've actually been doing the last month is I've been taking a break from self-development and what does that mean specifically? It means I'm not spending hours a day like I was.
You know, focusing on those wounds, focusing on those traumas, and instead, I'm just spending some time in yoga. I'm listening to some podcasts. I am journaling when it feels good, but I'm not diving into those deeper traumas, those deeper wounds and blocks, because I needed space. It's okay to not want. To constantly be facing the heaviness that is not going to keep you from being the highest version of yourself.
It's just [00:14:00] not, because that's looking at it on a linear time and time is a construct that humans created, but it's not real. So let it go. So this month while I've been taking off, and I know I just contradicted myself saying time's not real, and then I said, I'm taking a month off. That's just again what helped my 3D brain say, yeah, I can have some space without looking at all these things that I need to fix.
Because ultimately there's nothing wrong with you. This is simply a remembering of who we are. Our holiness. And when I say who we are, I mean our souls, the essence of how beautiful we are. And so there's nothing to fix all of these other experiences of grief, of anger, of frustration. They are welcomed along this journey.

And when we find ourselves being triggered about, you know, healing or. Doing inner work, I encourage you to take space to step back because this work will always be here when you're ready. And that's why, you know, inside of the membership we have space, we have integration time, so we have the integration vault.
We also aren't constantly in workshops. There is space in between to just be to let it. Become present in our body and to see what else comes up. And right now, collectively, the world is hurting. And so if things are feeling really shitty, really overwhelming, good, you're paying attention. You're not completely numbing out or bypassing or trying to be in a vortex that [00:16:00] doesn't really allow us to make an impact in the world Now.
Does that mean that you always have to pay attention to make an impact? No. There's another side to that and it's really the side that I'm in because I've had a handful of people ask me, you know, as a queer woman, a woman married to a woman, how am I doing right now? And if you're not in the States, just a little bit about what's going on is, you know, there's, since the new, the new election, there's been a rise in.
People that are very comfortable being prejudice, homophobic, all of those things. And so in this rise of people being so comfortable, you know, it's. I hurt a lot of people, so they've been worried about me checking in and they said, you know, how are you okay right now?
And I had to be honest and say, [00:17:00] well, right now I'm letting a lot of people hold a lot of space for me. And what that means is I am not, I'm choosing not to give my energy in certain places and focusing it elsewhere. And so. There was a time when the election first happened. I was absolutely distraught. I thought I was okay until I absolutely lost it had a breaking point, and so I had a complete breakdown and then I let it out, right?
And so for you, maybe you're feeling really heavy. I encourage you to have space where you let it fully take over. So that once you let it go, you can come back to that regulated state. And that doesn't mean maybe it's gonna happen in a day or an hour or an even week. Or even a week, but let it be completely present because we need people like you [00:18:00] to fully feel, to fully be aware of what's happening in the injustices in our world.
Let it flow through. So that we can then be in action, but until we show grace for ourselves or allow it to be mirrored to us by other people, there's no right or wrong here. There's just options of how we want to go through this experience until we let it be fully present. It's going to continue to take over and we need you.
We. Need you in this fight. But until you're ready, until you have the energy, I'll fight on the front lines for you. And that is what this community of spiritual leaders and warriors and do-gooders [00:19:00] is about being fully human. You have space here. There is no timeline on needing to let the emotions go, and I also wanna follow it up with when you are in action, that doesn't mean that you let the emotions go and it doesn't bother you anymore.
It means you are able to be more conscious of how much energy you're allowing to go there and in what ways it is externally affecting you. Right? And again, I'm gonna say it again and again in this podcast, that there's no timeline on that. If you're not there, you're not there. And you deserve all the grace in the world until you get there.
Everything is perfect even when it doesn't feel like it. Even when you want it to be better. [00:20:00] You want it to feel lighter. I'm holding space for you. I love you and I encourage you to just be gentle with yourself and until you can do that for yourself, I'm sending the gentleness your way. I hope you have a lovely day.
I hope you find some rest. You can put it down. You can put it down even energetically if you're like, I don't know what that means. Can you just write it down? I'm putting it down. Take a deep breath and feel it exiting your body. Feel it releasing. And maybe you do that every five minutes for the day.
Like imagining this, releasing it works. And when we're in a really heightened state. Sometimes we have to continually come back to it. [00:21:00] I hope that you have a lovely day.
