By purchasing a retreat, deposit, payment plan, or participating in any retreat hosted by Greenway Creative Co. LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully.

I acknowledge that participation in a retreat hosted by Greenway Creative Co. LLC may include physical movement, wellness practices, water activities, emotional exploration, and time spent in natural environments.
I understand that activities may include, but are not limited to: yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, journaling, group discussion, and optional adventure or bodywork experiences.
I understand that risk of injury, illness, emotional discomfort, or other harm is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I accept full responsibility for my own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after the retreat.
I affirm that I am solely responsible for deciding whether to participate in any activity and that I will listen to my body, modify participation as needed, and seek support when appropriate.
I confirm that I do not have any medical, physical, or psychological conditions that would prevent safe participation, or I voluntarily assume all risks related to such conditions.
Greenway Creative Co. LLC is not a licensed medical provider and does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness. Retreat activities are not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or professional treatment.
I agree to consult my healthcare provider if I have concerns about participation.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Deposit amounts may vary depending on booking window (e.g. early bird vs regular).
All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Monthly payment plans may be available and are arranged directly with Emily.
Your next payment is due 30 days after your deposit, based on your agreed schedule.
Final balance is due 45 days before the retreat start date.
Failure to complete payments by the agreed dates may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Final payments are non-refundable.
You may transfer your spot to another person for the same retreat only, subject to approval by Greenway Creative Co. LLC.
If you transfer your spot, your deposit remains non-refundable.
There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure, unused services, or change of plans.
Greenway Creative Co. LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to low enrollment, illness, government restrictions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
If Greenway Creative Co. LLC cancels a retreat:
You will receive a full refund of all payments made, or
You may choose a credit toward a future retreat
Greenway Creative Co. LLC is not responsible for airfare, accommodations outside the retreat, travel documents, or other expenses incurred.
There are no refunds due to illness, injury, COVID-19, quarantine requirements, travel delays, border closures, government advisories, or other travel restrictions.
Trips will proceed if the destination is accessible. If travel becomes impossible due to government restriction or safety concerns, the retreat may be rescheduled or credited at the discretion of Greenway Creative Co. LLC.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Guests are encouraged to purchase comprehensive coverage, including “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and is solely the responsibility of the guest.
Greenway Creative Co. LLC is not responsible for insurance outcomes and does not provide insurance advice.
All accommodations contain one bed per room.
Shared rooms mean two people sharing one bed.
No twin or separate bed configurations are available.
Room assignments are based on availability.
Optional services (including but not limited to massage, craniosacral therapy, boating, wakeboarding, or other excursions) may be provided by independent third-party providers.
Greenway Creative Co. LLC is not liable for the actions, services, negligence, or outcomes of third-party providers.
I grant Greenway Creative Co. LLC the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use my likeness, voice, and written or verbal testimonials for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, in any format, without compensation.
This release applies to all platforms now known or later developed.
Greenway Creative Co. LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the group experience. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.
I release and waive any and all claims against Greenway Creative Co. LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, and representatives for injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in retreat activities, including negligence.
I accept full responsibility for my participation and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenway Creative Co. LLC from any claims arising from my actions.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
